Cancellation policy

Conditions for cancelling accommodation reservations
1. Cancellation policy during Regular season:
Weekends:
1. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
2. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Weekdays:
1. If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
2. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
 
2 Cancellation policy for Summer months:
If cancelled from two weeks before date of arrival, 50% of the total bill will be charged. 
In case of no show the total bill will be charged

3. Cancellation policy for Holidays:
i. If cancelled from three weeks before date of arrival, 50% of the total bill will be charged. 
ii. If cancelled from two weeks before date of arrival, 80% of the total bill will be charged. 
iii. In case of no show the total bill will be charged
 
4. Cancellation policy for spa treatments:
i. Changes/cancellations: up to 5 hours before the original reservation, No charge.
ii. Less than 5 hours from the original reservation will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment cost.
iii. Please specify known health issues at the time of making the reservation. Receiving a treatment is dependent on signing a health statement.

5. Cancellation Policy for 5 rooms or more during Holidays and the Summer months:
Different cancellation conditions will apply for each of the above and will be handled through direct contact with our Reservation Desk
