1. General

1.1. Portions of the website (as defined herein) and of these regulations have been worded in the masculine form for convenience only.  Everything stated in the regulations and in the website are directed to male and female alike.

1.2. The website www.amirey-hagalil.com (hereinafter: "the website") comprises an Internet website in the exclusive ownership of Amirey Hagalil Co. Ltd. (hereinafter: "the company").  The website provides, among other things, information on the hotel, the services it provides, prices, discounts, etc..  In addition, within the framework of the website, hospitality packages and special deals at the hotel may be purchased.

1.3. Hospitality bookings (hereinafter: "The services"), through the website shall be conducted as described herein.  This is to clarify that the booking of services is a binding procedure for all intents and purposes and is equivalent to booking rooms by any other means, via the company's Internet/reservations department.

 

2. Conditions for website use

2.1. Anyone who enters the website and/or purchases and/or is interesting in purchasing services through the website (hereinafter:  "the user"), hereby declares and warrants that he is aware of these regulations, has read them, understands their contents and agrees to their instructions, and that neither he nor anyone on his behalf shall have any claim and/or lawsuit and/or indirect or direct demand against the company and/or the website and/or its operators or owners and/or managers and/or employees and/or anyone on their behalf.

2.2. The user is entitled to make use of this website solely for the booking and purchase of services and/or receipt of information. For the avoidance of all doubt, it is hereby clarified that it is forbidden to make any use of the website other than for the uses detailed in these regulations and that the company retains all rights in this matter.  It is hereby clarified that illegal use of this website and/or the information appearing in it is a violation of copyrights or any other laws related to it.

2.3. Any person possessing a valid credit card from the following companies: Visa C.A.L., Visa Leumi, Diner's,  Isracard or Mastercard, is entitled to purchase services through the website, and the payments for these bookings shall be conducted solely at the hotel.  In this manner, the credit card is for security purposes only.

2.4. The company shall not be responsible for the contents or essence of the information presented and published in the website and on behalf of the company, where it originates from any third party, and the user shall have no claim and/or lawsuit and/or demand against the company in this regard.

2.5. All images displayed in the website are for illustrative purposes only.

2.6. The website contains links (hereinafter:  "links") to other websites (hereinafter: "related websites").  These links are intended for user convenience only.  The company shall not be responsible for these links and/or related websites and/or the information that appears in them, their validity, correctness or legality.  Any and all use and/or entry to links and/or related websites is the sole responsibility of the user.  To link and/or present the www.amirey-hyagalil.com website in other websites, please contact the company for approval in writing.

2.7. The company is entitled, under its exclusive consideration and without warning, to occasionally change these regulations, the website's conditions for use, website structure, content, appearance, including scope and availability of services offered, as well as any other aspect entailed in the website and its operation.  The validity of said changes shall begin from the date of their publishing in the website, unless otherwise strictly determined.

2.8. The company and/or website operators and/or owners and/or managers and/or employees and/or anyone on their behalf, shall take no responsibility for the server used by the website employee, and in addition, the server shall remain clean of viruses and/or other components that may damage the user's personal computer during surfing of the website and/or purchase of services through the website and/or any other use of the website, and the user shall not have any claim and/or lawsuit and/or demand against the company and/or website operators and/or owners and/or managers and/or employees and or anyone on their behalf in relation to the aforesaid damages.

2.9. The company shall not be responsible for any damage of any kind that may be incurred as a result of failure and/or delay of any kind that might result in the use of the website and/or attempt in the aforesaid use, including use in order to engage the services and/or information, and the user shall not have any claim and/or lawsuit and/or demand against the company relative to the aforesaid.

2.10. The company shall not be responsible for any illegal activity carried out, if any, by website users and/or any other entity over which it has no control.

2.11. The company retains the right to prevent or terminate the access of any user to any portion of the website, and the user shall not have any claim and/or lawsuit and/or demand against the company in this regard.

2.12. Any dispute and/or controversy related to these regulations and/or the website, if or when it arises, shall be resolved in Israel, according to the laws of the state of Israel exclusively and only in an authorized courthouse in the city of Zefat.

3. Reservation terms:

3.1. Credit card for guaranty only. Payment at the hotel

3.2. Prices include a typical Israeli breakfast and Dinner at the restaurant. (Not including wine and gratuity)

3.3. On Saturdays accommodation is on BB basis (except for Sukkoth and Passover)

3.4. Based on local tax laws, Israeli citizens must pay VAT, this tax is not automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation    

3.5. Weekend & Holiday reservations are for a minimum of 2 nights.

3.6. Children over the age of 10 are welcomed

3.7. Check-in: 3 PM | check-out: 12 AM | Check-out on Friday: 11AM

3.8. For a reservation made for the holidays, an advance payment is required 

3.9. When reserving 3 or more rooms, an advance payment is required and different cancellation policy applies

     

 

 

 

4. Conditions for cancelling accommodation reservations

4.1. Cancellation policy during Regular season:

Weekends:

1. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

2. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Weekdays:

1. If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

2. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

 

4.2. Cancellation policy for Summer months:

If cancelled from two weeks before date of arrival, 50% of the total bill will be charged. 

In case of no show the total bill will be charged

4.3. Cancellation policy for Holidays:

i. If cancelled from three weeks before date of arrival, 50% of the total bill will be charged. 

ii. If cancelled from two weeks before date of arrival, 80% of the total bill will be charged. 

iii. In case of no show the total bill will be charged

 

4.4. Cancellation policy for spa treatments:

i. Changes/cancellations: up to 5 hours before the original reservation, No charge.

ii. Less than 5 hours from the original reservation will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment cost.

iii. Please specify known health issues at the time of making the reservation. Receiving a treatment is dependent on signing a health statement.

 

5. Amirey Hagalil Members Club

 

5.1. Benefits

5.1.1.    10% discount for accommodation on General price list all year, including weekends, holidays and summer months (discount is not valid for spa packages and specials).

5.1.2.    10% discount on all spa treatments offered by the hotel.

5.1.3.    With reservation for a spa day – bonus of extended spa treatment to 60 minutes length.

5.1.4.    5% discount on purchase of hotel Gift card of Half Board accommodation (Not including Spa deals and specials)
5.1.5.    Dinner reservations at 'Bein kramim' restaurant (at full price) – carafe of house wine at no charge.

5.1.6.   15% discount for seniors for midweek accommodations (subject to presentation of senior ID card).

5.1.7.   One luxurious spa treatment (50 minutes) per stay for guests celebrating wedding/birthday when booking accommodation only (not including coupons and spa packages).

5.1.8. Special deals for club members.

 

5.2. Club terms:

5.2.1. All Amirey Hagalil Club benefits are available for use beginning with second stay.  

5.2.2. All benefits and discounts shall be granted to club members only (for booking of one room only) and may not be transferred to additional parties.

5.2.3. Benefits for birthday/wedding:  Benefit may be used within the month of event | Only one gift treatment may be used per stay | An additional 5% discount on accommodation at listed prices | For weekends, holidays, Summer vacation  and festivals – use of benefit with minimum booking of two nights' accommodation | May not be exercised within framework of monthly club benefits or senior discount.

5.2.4. Midweek – Sunday-Wednesday, not including holidays, festivals and summer months.

5.2.5. All benefits are granted for listed prices.  No further discounts will be compounded on these benefits.

5.2.6. All benefits and discounts may be changed with no advance warning.

5.2.7. Hotel management retains the right to action changes in club conditions.
